REPORT OF HEART RATE VARIABILITY TESTING
FOR THE CLEARLINE PROTECTOR FROM DIMENSIONAL DESIGN
SEPTEMBER 7, 2001

Heart rate variability (HRV) analysis of 5 test subjects showed an 11% decrease in autonomic nervous system regulation when they were exposed to an activated cell phone for 8-12 minutes.

The testing of 8 additional subjects using heart rate variability testing showed a 27% increase in autonomic nervous system regulation when they were exposed to an activated cell phone that utilized the ClearLine Protector for 8-12 minutes.

These initial tests suggest that even relatively short periods of exposure to a cell phone can measurably affect the autonomic nervous system in a negative way.

Additionally, these tests suggest that the ClearLine Protector not only protects the autonomic nervous system from this negative effect, but also has a demonstrably positive influence on autonomic activity as determine by heart rate variability analysis.

TEST OUTLINE:
To establish a baseline reading testing was performed over 2 time periods of 384 and 576 r-r intervals (heart beats) while stationary and without being exposed to a cell phone. As the comparison, the same time period was tested while exposed to either a regular cell phone (with no devices attached) (GROUP A) or a cell phone with the ClearLine Protector (GROUP B).

Analyzed was the ratio of high frequency ("HF": 0.15 - 0.50 Hz corresponding to parasympathetic tone) to low frequency ("LF1": 0.07 - 0.15 Hz corresponding to sympathetic tone) as calculated by the spectral analysis of heart rate variability readings using the Nerve Express Monitor from Heart Rhythm Instruments, Inc. This ratio of high frequency (parasympathetic) to low frequency (sympathetic) reflects the relative balance of overall autonomic nervous system activity. *

SUMMARY

This preliminary HRV study reiterates the conclusions drawn from 2 previous studies done on the ClearLine Protector from Dimensional Design that used different testing methods (clinical bioresonance testing and laboratory DNA testing).

In these studies also, the ClearLine Protector from Dimensional Design proved to be effective in eliminating the negative influences from cell phones and in enhancing the physiological variables that were tested.

Further HRV test will be conducted in order to compile a larger database and to clearly determine the strongest test model for quantifying the protective effects of the ClearLine Protector on human physiology.
